Our newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment offers king-sized beds for spacious luxury. Relax in one of our massage chairs after a long ride on the bike or snowmobile. All proceeds are donated to our local volunteer fire department. Bring your locks and store your bike in our new bike storage shed.

Yes! We welcome up to two dogs in our pet-friendly rooms (115, 117, 119, and 120) and the Northwoods Getaway. You may add your pet to your stay online in these specific rooms.
- Maximum of 2 dogs per room/Northwoods Getaway
- Dogs may not be left unattended
- Dogs must be leashed when outside the room
- Dogs are only permitted to pass through common areas when entering or exiting
- Pet fee: $30 per dog, per night, plus applicable taxes and fees

Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair room availability and smooth operations, Boulder Junction Motor Lodge follows the cancellation policies below. Please review them carefully before booking.
🏨 Motel Rooms (Rooms 101–120)
⏰ 72-Hour Cancellation & Modification Deadline
Reservations must be cancelled or modified at least 72 hours before your scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time.
Example:
Check-in Friday at 4:00 PM = Cancel or modify by Tuesday at 4:00 PM.
✅ If You Cancel or Modify Before the Deadline
- You may cancel your reservation.
- You may change your reservation dates.
- Rate adjustments may apply based on length of stay, season, availability, or weekday/weekend pricing.
- Eligible refunds are subject to a 5% transaction fee.
❌ If You Cancel or Modify After the Deadline
- Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay.
- No refunds, credits, transfers, or date changes will be issued.
- Guests who do not arrive for their reservation will be charged the full amount of the stay.

Due to the limited availability of this property, reservations must be cancelled or modified at least 14 days before your scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time.

💳 Transaction Fees
Eligible refunds are subject to a 5% transaction fee on the refunded subtotal.
The original 5% transaction fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
This applies to all charges, including:
- Pet fees
- Additional guest fees
- Early check-in fees
- Late checkout fees
- Other reservation add-ons

Booking.com reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. No cancellations, refunds, credits, or date changes are permitted.
🌧️ Weather, Travel & Health Circumstances
Weather, road conditions, travel delays, transportation issues, local event cancellations, illness, injury, or other personal circumstances do not exempt guests from these policies.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns about unexpected events affecting your trip.
At Boulder Junction Motor Lodge, we have bike shed in the front yard with bike racks inside along with electrical outlets. Guest will need to bring their own charging cord, lock and chain to secure their bikes in the shed. No outdoor equipment, bikes or batteries are allowed in the motel.
Yes, Boulder Junction Motor Lodge has electrical outlets for boat plug-ins. Please see Summer Parking Map for locations. No car or truck plug-ins allowed. (Parking maps are on our sliding photos or under the room descriptions photos).
Yes, Boulder Junction Motor Lodge has plenty of parking for boats, snowmobile trailers, ATV and UTV trailers. Please see appropriate parking map on room listing or on scrolling photos.
No, Boulder Junction Motor Lodge does not have these options available currently. However, for our winter guests, we do give early access to our lobby and lobby bathroom to change and get outside. Information is given 72-hours prior to check-in.
Boulder Junction Motor Lodge is located at 10432 Main Street, Boulder Junction, WI. We are right next door to Boulder Marine Center. The snowmobile goes right through our yard. We are also right on the bike trail system. Currently for ATV and UTV's the county roads ONLY are open in Boulder Junction, and you can get to a trail system from town. We are surrounded by lakes for great fishing too!
