Our newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment offers king-sized beds for spacious luxury. Relax in one of our massage chairs after a long ride on the bike or snowmobile. All proceeds are donated to our local volunteer fire department. Bring your locks and store your bike in our new bike storage shed.

Boulder Junction Motor Lodge has four dog friendly rooms 115, 117, 119, 120, and the Northwoods Getaway. We allow up to two dogs per room/stay. It is $25 per night plus tax for each dog per night. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the rooms and must be with their owners at all times. (Please see full dog stay details under house rules in dog friendly room listings). MUST call 1-715-807-7858 to book a stay with your dog.
To ensure fair room availability and smooth operations, Boulder Junction Motor Lodge follows a strict cancellation policy. Please review the information below carefully before booking.
⏰ 72-Hour Cancellation Notice (Required)
Guests must cancel or modify reservation dates at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date and time to avoid penalties.
Example:
If your check-in is Friday at 4:00 PM, your reservation must be canceled or adjusted by Tuesday before 4:00 PM.
🔁 Reservation Modifications (Before the 72-Hour Window)
If your request is made before the 72-hour cancellation deadline, you may:
- Modify your reservation dates without penalty
Please note:
- Changes in length of stay, weekday vs weekend dates, or seasonal demand may result in a rate adjustment.
- If a refund is issued due to a rate difference, it is subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.
- The original 5% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.

- A 5% credit card processing fee applies to any refunded subtotal.
- The original 5% credit card fee is not refundable.
- This includes all charges, including but not limited to:
- Pet stays
- Extra person fees
- Any additional add-ons

You must cancel or modify your reservation directly through the same platform.
Important:
Each online travel platform has its own cancellation rules, fees, and timeframes, which may differ from our direct-booking policy.
- Booking.com reservations are under a strict policy
Once booked, the reservation is non-refundable and not transferable to different dates, regardless of notice given.
❗ Strict Cancellation Penalty
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge for the full amount of the booked stay.
🌧️ External & Health-Related Circumstances
Boulder Junction Motor Lodge is not responsible for:
- Weather conditions
- Local event cancellations
- Guest health issues
These circumstances do not qualify for exceptions to this policy.
Guests canceling for health-related reasons will still be charged the full amount of the stay.
🚫 No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of their intended stay.
We recommend reviewing this policy before booking to avoid surprises. These guidelines allow us to continue offering a well-maintained, high-quality experience for every guest.

At Boulder Junction Motor Lodge, we have bike shed in the front yard with bike racks inside along with electrical outlets. Guest will need to bring their own charging cord, lock and chain to secure their bikes in the shed. No outdoor equipment, bikes or batteries are allowed in the motel.
Yes, Boulder Junction Motor Lodge has electrical outlets for boat plug-ins. Please see Summer Parking Map for locations. No car or truck plug-ins allowed. (Parking maps are on our sliding photos or under the room descriptions photos).
Yes, Boulder Junction Motor Lodge has plenty of parking for boats, snowmobile trailers, ATV and UTV trailers. Please see appropriate parking map on room listing or on scrolling photos.
No, Boulder Junction Motor Lodge does not have these options available currently. However, for our winter guests, we do give early access to our lobby and lobby bathroom to change and get outside. Information is given 72-hours prior to check-in.
Boulder Junction Motor Lodge is located at 10432 Main Street, Boulder Junction, WI. We are right next door to Boulder Marine Center. The snowmobile goes right through our yard. We are also right on the bike trail system. Currently for ATV and UTV's the county roads ONLY are open in Boulder Junction, and you can get to a trail system from town. We are surrounded by lakes for great fishing too!

Guests who rent a snowmobile at Boulder Marine Center, can receive a special 5% off motel room discount. Boulder Marine will also give you a 5% discount on your snowmobile rental when you stay with us!

- You must book your snowmobile rental first. (Mention you are wanting to stay with Boulder Junction Motor Lodge).
- After booking your snowmobile, you will receive a promo code to use when reserving your room online. (If you book your room with no promo code NO discounts will be applied post booking and no refunds/adjustments will be made).
- Please check room availability on our website while coordinating your snowmobile rental.
